Shipping & Delivery: Our store offers many choices of shipping methods, which are available through USPS, thus the buyer does not bear additional charges. Our customers receive free shipping on orders of $100.00 and more. This offer is only available for shipping within the continental U.S. All prices strictly correspond to prices offered by each post office of the United States. CRB will not charge additional fees for shipping. Orders usually ship within 2 business days of receipt date (8am to 6pm CPT). CRB cannot give a guarantee of delivery date as shipping strictly depends on US Postal Service.
International Shipping & Other
Contact customer service of CRB to receive the lowest international shipping costs. If you are ordering one English-Russian Bible or two Bible of Getse, your international shipping costs can be as low as $13.75.

How do we protect your information?
We care about protecting your information. This includes, among other things, using firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection and site monitoring. From time to time, we may request personal information from you in order to deliver requested items to you, process your credit cards, and respond to your questions.
Returns & Replacements: Your order or individual items can be returned within seven (7) business days after delivery under the following conditions:
- if the item has factory damage: missing pages, book cover glued incorrectly.
- if you received books that you did not order.
Items cannot be returned:
- if it has been more than seven (7) business days after you received your order.
- if you did not like the book.
- if you did not discuss returning your order or individual item with one of our customer service representatives at CRB store. In this case, you will be charged 20 % of your order and all the shipping fees.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
-10% off on orders over $100, Bibiles not included.: -The constant client 5% off. If you made five or more orders over $40.00 your account will clam as a "constant client" and you would getting 5% off for any orders amount.; Payment. If you chose your payment method as check, we will still ship your order within 2 business days of receipt date. In most cases we will not wait for your check payment before shipping your items. We ask that you send your payment within ten (10) days after placing your order.
Viewing Orders: Your order will usually be ready for shipping within one (1) business day. After your order has been completely processed, you will receive a tracking number and other information via email address that you have provided. You can use this tracking number to track your package. We do not offer a tracking number for First Class Mail.
